The following program is designed by the Asian Health Foundation (AHF) to screen at-risk individuals for hepatitis B and collect aggregate, de-identified prevalence data for potential public policy and/or publication. Organizations that wish to learn more and participate in this program realize there is no guarantee their application will be approved or that their organization will be selected to participate in or join this program. Any organization wishing to join the AHF Linkage to Care Program accepts the program, protocol, and required processes as set forth by the program and agrees to comply with all aspects of the program. All applications are reviewed and will receive feedback in a reasonable timeframe; however, the AHF reserves the right to change the program and agreed upon support depending on changing circumstances and conditions that arise. In addition, the participating organization assumes all responsibility and liability for their individual screening program.
Please note, we have approved multiple grant applications this year and are currently unable to fund any more applications at this time. Please continue to check back regularly, as conditions may change. You may submit applications for 2009 programs, as we expect to have additional funding at that time.Thank you!
